All hub models use the Boost axle standard: Boost front (15×110 mm) and Boost rear (12×148 mm). This is currently the most common specification used in MTB bikes.

If your bike requires a different axle type, you can select the appropriate end caps in the last step of the configurator under “Accessories”. The DT 350 model is compatible with the widest range of axle standards.

DT Swiss 370 — The new generation of the DT 370 hub uses the Ratchet 18T system. A solid choice for riders looking for a reliable and proven mechanism at a reasonable price.

DT Swiss 350 — A legendary hub with an excellent balance of quality, low weight, and price. Uses the Ratchet 36T system. The DT 350 has been a benchmark MTB hub for decades and is widely used by professional riders.

DT Swiss 240 EXP — The top model in the DT Swiss range. Lighter than the DT 350, featuring the Ratchet EXP system where one ratchet ring is integrated into the hub body.

Ratchet — All hub models use a ratchet mechanism that provides precise engagement and a large contact area, resulting in high durability and reliability. An upgrade to a higher ratchet option is available in the configurator under “Accessories”.

Bearings — All hub models use high-quality steel bearings with double labyrinth sealing (LLB). We do not use ceramic bearings. Regardless of brand, ceramic bearings are hybrid designs (ceramic balls with steel races) that tend to wear after around 3000 km, increase rolling resistance, and require replacement. In real use, friction differences are minimal, while steel bearings offer much higher durability.

All spoke models used in Evanlite MTB wheels are Straightpull spokes.

Sapim D-Light — Spokes from a well-known Belgian manufacturer. A very good balance of low weight and strength. Double-butted spokes: 2.0×1.65×2.0 mm.

Sapim Race — Stronger than Sapim D-Light, but 50 grams heavier (per wheelset). A great choice for heavier riders or for those who want maximum wheel strength. Double-butted spokes: 2.0×1.80×2.0 mm.

DT Aerolite — The top spoke model from DT Swiss. Very lightweight. Recommended when the lowest possible wheel weight is the priority, while still keeping good durability. Lighter than Sapim D-Light by 30 grams (per wheelset). Bladed profile.

Shimano Micro Spline 12s — Shimano MTB 12-speed cassettes

• Shimano Deore / SLX / XT / XTR 12-speed cassettes with Micro Spline standard

Shimano MTB 10/11s — Shimano MTB 10- and 11-speed cassettes

• Shimano MTB 10- and 11-speed cassettes (Deore, SLX, XT, XTR)
• 11-speed cassettes with 11T smallest cog (standard MTB HG)
• SunRace / Microshift HG MTB cassettes in 10/11-speed versions
• SRAM NX 12-speed cassettes

SRAM XD 12s — 12-speed cassettes with a 10T smallest cog

• SRAM 12-speed cassettes (GX, X01, XX1) in XD version
• SunRace cassettes compatible with XD

SRAM NX 12-speed — although it is a 12-speed cassette, it is mounted on the standard Shimano MTB 10/11s freehub (this option should be selected in the configurator).

Tubeless — Stan’s sealant, 120 ml per wheel, plus lightweight tubeless valves matched to the rim depth. Tubeless tape included.

Inserts and Tubeless Sealant — PTN R-Evolution inserts protect the rim from bottoming out and improve tire stability when pressure is lost. The set includes Stan’s tubeless sealant (240 ml total, 120 ml per wheel). Weight per insert: 65–110 g, depending on the insert width matched to the selected tire width. Dedicated valves and tubeless tape included.

If you choose a tire model in the next step of the configurator, the tires will be installed on the wheels according to the selected setup. If no tires are selected, the chosen installation accessories will be included in the package.

Pirelli Scorpion Sport XC RC
Training and race MTB tire for fast riding in mixed terrain. Predictable control and high stability on technical sections.

Pirelli Scorpion XC H
The fastest option for hard XC and marathon courses. Very low rolling resistance on dry, compact surfaces and precise cornering control at high speed.

Pirelli Scorpion Race XC RC Lite
Race-focused XC tire. Low weight and fast acceleration. A great choice where maximum speed matters.

Pirelli Scorpion Race XC RH Lite
All-round race tire for mixed conditions. Very fast, with added traction on more demanding surfaces. Lightweight and designed for maximum efficiency with stable handling.

Pirelli Scorpion Race XC RC ProWall
Top-level race tire with reinforced sidewalls. Keeps the speed and aggressiveness of the RC Lite, while offering much higher confidence and cut resistance in technical XC terrain.
