We want you to be completely satisfied with your Evanlite purchase. However, if you feel that your purchase was not the right fit or if there is anything else you do not like, you have the right to return the goods (with no signs of use) within 14 days without giving any reason.
If you’d like support with returning your order, please contact us at info@evanlite.com, and our team will assist you throughout the return process.
The right of return does not apply to custom-made products, e.g., custom painting or modifications to the product specifications according to the Customer's wishes – meaning specifications that are not available in the presented Evanlite collection.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
1. Complete the online return form or use the paper version (download below, print, and fill out the return form).
2. Preparing the shipment
The product must be properly protected for transport, preferably by placing it in its original packaging.
a) Online return submission - The submission has already been registered online and will be assigned to the specified order based on the data provided in the form. There is no need to include additional documents in the package.
b) Attach the printed and completed return form to the shipment.
3. Shipping the product
The prepared package can be marked with the note "Return" – either on the packaging or on the waybill – and then sent back to the following address: Firma Evanlite, ul. 1 Maja 276, 41-710 Ruda Śląska. In accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, the shipping cost associated with the return or exchange of the product is covered by the Customer.
4. Verification and refund
After receiving the shipment with the returned goods, we will verify them, and you will be informed about the further progress of your request. Refunds are processed within the statutory period of up to 14 days, using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
Information on withdrawal from the sales contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Goods, i.e., from the moment the shipment is received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal statement of withdrawal must be submitted — this can be done via the online return form, an e-mail sent to info@evanlite.com, or in writing to the Seller's address. If the online form is used, there is no need to include additional documents in the shipment. If the online form has not been used, the completed return form (available for download in the "Returns Management" tab) or another unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract must be attached to the returned Goods. The returned Goods should be sent to the address: POLAND, Firma Evanlite, ul. 1 Maja 276, 41-710 Ruda Śląska.
In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Seller will refund the costs received from the Buyer within 14 days of receiving information about the return of the Goods. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods have been received. The refund will be transferred to the specified account number or via the payment platform used to pay for the order (e.g., Paypal, Payu). In the case of returning Goods to withdraw from the sales contract, in accordance with applicable law, the Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product – meaning usage that goes beyond a visual inspection of the product in a physical store, disrupting the condition of the Goods defined as new and unused. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods in the amount of the shipping fee for sending the package with the Goods or other chosen means of transport.
