Shipping

Evanlite wheels are shipped within Poland and the European Union via courier service. The wheels are packed in a reinforced shipping box designed to protect them during transport and to allow multiple reuse. All shipments are insured.

Delivery time: 1 business day within Poland and 2–3 business days within other EU countries.

Payment

Payments are secure and processed through trusted, authorized payment gateways that provide full protection and buyer security. After adding wheels to the cart, you can choose one of the available payment methods:

Warranty and Producer

All Evanlite wheels from the current collection are covered by the extended manufacturer warranty Evanlite Protector. The warranty is activated automatically after purchase. The warranty coverage includes:

• Free wheel repair in case of damage during use for a period of 2 years

• After 2 years of free repairs – Crash Replacement program (service discounts up to –40%)

• Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects revealed during use

The above benefits provide additional manufacturer protection, ensuring a high level of after-sales service and product safety. Detailed terms are available on the dedicated Evanlite Protector warranty page .

Each wheelset is built to order, according to the configuration selected during checkout. The process starts with choosing a wheel model and continues with selecting components such as hubs, spokes, nipples, and optionally tires, inner tubes, mounting method, and accessories like valves, cassettes, brake discs, rim tape, and rim strips. Hookless Rim

For this model, the hookless rim was chosen on purpose for demanding gravel terrain. Similar to MTB wheels, this design allows the tire sidewalls to flex more, improving tire performance and control on rough and uneven surfaces.

Gravel Racing

Thanks to the low wheelset weight — from 1320 g — and a 35 mm rim depth, New Gravel delivers very high riding dynamics on all types of terrain. This rim profile improves acceleration response and also provides real aerodynamic benefits at higher speeds.

FAQ

Will the wheels fit my bike?

Yes! Our road and gravel wheels use the most common hub axle standard: 12×100 mm at the front and 12×142 mm at the rear. For MTB wheels, we use the Boost axle standard. For road wheels with rim brakes (V-brake), the current standard is QR.

If you need a different axle size, you can choose the correct adapter (end caps) in the configurator. We will adjust the hubs to match your bike’s standard.

How long does production and shipping take after placing an order?

During configuration and ordering, the estimated lead time is shown — usually just a few days. Each wheelset is built individually.

Delivery by courier usually takes around 2–3 business days within the European Union.

Are carbon rims durable?

Carbon is a material that combines two key benefits: high strength and low weight. That is why it has been the base of modern racing components for many years. To damage a well-designed carbon rim, a very strong impact is needed.

Before any Evanlite wheelset goes to market, it passes a series of tests that go beyond industry standards. We test rim impacts without a tire, extreme load simulations, maximum tire pressure, and rim wall expansion. On top of that, we perform many real-world test rides on different terrain — even beyond the intended use of the model. Our goal is maximum strength and long-term durability.

What is the Warranty?

Good wheels are an investment for many years, and we offer one of the most effective carbon wheel warranties on the market. After purchase, your wheels are automatically covered by the Evanlite Protector program.

If damage occurs while riding within 2 years from purchase — whether during a race crash or a training fall — we will repair the wheels free of charge. The warranty also covers possible material defects that may appear later over time.
