All hub models use the axle standard 12×100 (front) and 12×142 (rear). Disc mounting: Centerlock.
This is the most common specification used in modern road and gravel bikes. If your bike requires a different axle type or disc mount, you can select the correct end caps or adapters in the last step of the configurator – “Accessories”.

Evanlite — Very lightweight hubs with a ratchet mechanism based on two independent discs, similar in design to the DT 350. High-quality TPI bearings with double sealing ensure durability and resistance to dirt.

DT Swiss 350 — A well-known and popular hub with an excellent price-to-performance ratio. Available in two color options: black and black-white. The black version is produced by DT Swiss especially for Evanlite and features Evanlite branding. Ratchet system with two independent discs.

DT Swiss 240 EXP — The top model in the DT Swiss range. Lighter than the 350 version, with the Ratchet EXP system, where one ratchet disc is integrated into the hub body.

Ratchet — All hub models are equipped with a 36T ratchet, providing precise engagement and a large contact area for durability and reliability. Optionally, you can upgrade to a 54T ratchet in the configurator under “Accessories”.

Bearings — All hub models use high-quality steel bearings with double labyrinth sealing (LLB). We do not use ceramic bearings. Regardless of brand, these are hybrid designs (ceramic balls with steel races) that tend to wear after around 3000 km, increase rolling resistance, and require replacement. In real use, the difference in friction is minimal, while steel bearings offer much higher durability.

All spoke models used in Evanlite wheels are Straightpull spokes — for better aerodynamics, higher stiffness, and increased durability.

Sapim D-Light — Spokes from a well-known Belgian manufacturer. A very good balance of low weight and strength. Double-butted spokes: 2.0×1.65×2.0 mm.

DT Aerocomp — High stiffness and maximum strength. A good choice for race wheels where stiffness under high power matters, and also for heavier riders who need increased spoke durability. Heavier than Sapim D-Light by 30 grams (per wheelset). Bladed profile.

DT Aerolite — The top spoke model from DT Swiss. Very lightweight. Recommended when the lowest possible wheel weight is the priority, while still keeping good durability. Lighter than Sapim D-Light by 30 grams (per wheelset). Bladed profile.

If you are not sure, simply enter the cassette model or bike model in the order comments. We will check compatibility and change the freehub if needed before shipping.

Shimano Road 11/12s — the most common freehub body

• All Shimano road 11-speed and 12-speed cassettes (105, Ultegra, Dura-Ace)
• SRAM 11-speed cassettes with 11T smallest cog and SunRace HG versions
• Shimano 10-speed road cassettes (with a spacer)

SRAM XDR 12/13s — SRAM road freehub for 12- and 13-speed cassettes

• SRAM AXS 12-speed cassettes with 10T smallest cog
• SRAM XD cassettes (Gravel and MTB) with a spacer
• SRAM 13-speed cassettes

Shimano Micro Spline 12s — freehub for Shimano GRX and MTB 12-speed cassettes only. This is not the same as Shimano Road 11/12s — 12-speed road cassettes do not fit.

• All 12-speed cassettes with Shimano Micro Spline standard

Shimano Road 10s — an older standard used for Shimano 9- and 10-speed road cassettes. If this option is selected, we will use a Shimano Road 11/12s freehub and include a spacer to allow installation of 9/10-speed cassettes. _toggle graphics

Continental Race Inner Tubes — High-quality Continental Race butyl inner tubes. Valve length matched to the rim depth.

Continental TPU Inner Tubes — Compared to other TPU tubes, Continental TPU tubes use more layers while keeping very low weight, making them safer to use than ultra-thin TPU tubes. Weight: 35 g.

Tubeless — Stan’s sealant, 60 ml per wheel, plus lightweight tubeless valves matched to the rim depth. Tubeless tape included.

Inserts and Tubeless Sealant — PTN Asphalt road inserts protect the rim from bottoming out and improve tire stability when pressure is lost. The set includes Stan’s tubeless sealant (120 ml, 60 ml per wheel). Weight of one insert: 37 g. Dedicated valves and tubeless tape included.

If you choose a tire model in the next step of the configurator, the tires will be installed on the wheels according to the selected setup. If no tires are selected, the chosen installation accessories will be included in the package.

Continental Grand Prix 5000 — Race and training tire with very low rolling resistance and high cornering grip.

Continental Grand Prix 4 Season — Best for allroad routes and long ultra-distance rides. Offers excellent grip in changing conditions and higher puncture protection.

Pirelli P Zero Race RS — The fastest and most race-focused version of the Pirelli P Zero, with very low rolling resistance and high grip.

Pirelli P Zero Race — A versatile road tire combining low rolling resistance, strong grip, and good puncture protection.

Pirelli P Zero Race 4S — A tire for mixed and changing conditions, with increased grip and puncture protection.
