Hub models

All hub models use the Boost axle standard: Boost front (15×110 mm) and Boost rear (12×148 mm). This is currently the most common specification used in MTB bikes.

If your bike requires a different axle type, you can select the appropriate end caps in the last step of the configurator under “Accessories”. The DT 350 model is compatible with the widest range of axle standards.

Evanlite MTB — Light hubs with Ratchet 36T system (optional 54T available in the configurator – accessories). Strong, double-sealed TPI bearings. Low weight at a good price. A great choice for training and racing wheels.

DT Swiss 370 — The new generation of the DT 370 hub uses the Ratchet 18T system. A solid choice for riders looking for a reliable and proven mechanism at a reasonable price.

DT Swiss 350 — A legendary hub with an excellent balance of quality, low weight, and price. Uses the Ratchet 36T system. The DT 350 has been a benchmark MTB hub for decades and is widely used by professional riders.

DT Swiss 240 EXP — The top model in the DT Swiss range. Lighter than the DT 350, featuring the Ratchet EXP system where one ratchet ring is integrated into the hub body.

Ratchet — All hub models use a ratchet mechanism that provides precise engagement and a large contact area, resulting in high durability and reliability. An upgrade to a higher ratchet option is available in the configurator under “Accessories”.

Bearings — All hub models use high-quality steel bearings with double labyrinth sealing (LLB). We do not use ceramic bearings. Regardless of brand, ceramic bearings are hybrid designs (ceramic balls with steel races) that tend to wear after around 3000 km, increase rolling resistance, and require replacement. In real use, friction differences are minimal, while steel bearings offer much higher durability.
