The new Evanlite MTB model is built with rims that have an internal width of 32 mm, ensuring highly efficient tire performance on MTB trails. The wheelset is handbuilt with high-quality DT Swiss hubs and Sapim spokes.

The Evanlite MTB Evolution rim, with special reinforcements at the nipple connection points, offers significantly higher durability compared to standard rims. Additionally, the use of graphene-reinforced carbon provides the wheels with high resistance to overloads while maintaining a relatively low weight.
Rim design: satin finish that combines matte and gloss elements, with a silver logo.

SHIPMENT

We will send Evanlite wheelset in special guard box via courier company: DPD, UPS or DHL.

The delivery time is 24 - 72 hours for whole European Union.

If delivery address is outside European Union the shipment time can be 2-3 day longer due to customs clearance.

Wide, strong, and lightweight

Depending on the individually selected hub and spoke configuration, the total weight of the wheelset ranges from 1320 to 1470 grams. For 32 mm wide rims with high resistance to overloads, this is an exceptionally low weight, making this model an excellent choice for dynamic MTB/XCO trails.

Nipple area reinforced

The area around the nipple holes, a critical point where the rim connects to the spoke, has been further strengthened by adding more material. This enhancement significantly increases the overall durability of the wheels and their resistance to overloads.

Sapim spokes: The D-Light model offers a good balance between strength and low weight. The Race model is stronger and heavier and is recommended for a combined wheels load over 110 kg. The Sapim CX-Ray model is the lightest flat spoke, designed for racing wheels, recommended for riders weighing up to 80 kg.

DT Swiss Hubs: All DT Swiss hub models work on a 36T ratchet system, except for the DT 370 model, which has an 18T ratchet. The DT 350 model offers the best price-to-weight ratio and high-quality construction. The DT 240 hubs are 40 grams lighter and feature the EXP ratchet system. The DT 180 stands out with ceramic bearings and the lightest body.
