Let us introduce the EVANLITE PROTECTOR programme. If your wheels get damaged within two years after the date of purchase, we will make a repair or replacement completely free of charge. Moreover, you gain a lifetime warranty for factory defects.

We want you to be happy and we know that carbon wheels aren't a cheap investment. Because of the EVANLITE PROTECTOR programme, you don't have to worry when your wheels get damaged (e.g. during the crash).
Free wheelset repair? Yes, it's possible.
It doesn't matter how your wheels getting damaged. And there are no strings attached. Within 2 years after the date of purchase, we will repair them free of charge.
Two years later...
After two years you will automatically gain participation in the Crash Replacement programme. It means that you can repair your wheels with a 40% discount.
Lifetime warranty
Producers usually give two years warranty for their products. The Evanlite wheels are covered with a lifetime warranty for factory defects.

ELEMENTS OF THE EVANLITE PROGRAMME
1. Repair free of charge - Depending on a type of damage, we replace parts with new ones: rims, spokes, nipples. The repair covers wheel rebuilding. If the damage is as serious that prevents the parts from being replaced, we will build the entire new wheel.
2. Crash Replacement - After two years of the EVANLITE PROTECTOR programme, you automatically gain participation in the Crash Replacement program.
It allows you to repair your wheels at a much lower price. All you have to do is send us a damaged wheel. The estimated cost of repair with 40% of discount will be sent to your approval.
3. Lifetime warranty - The Evanlite wheels are covered with a lifetime warranty for factory defects.

Fill out the online Evanlite Protector form. The most important thing is to stop riding because it can worsen the defect. It’s a crucial matter because it can help us to diagnose if it’s a factory defect.

Two years of free repair start on the date of delivery.
The EVANLITE PROTECTOR programme is assigned to the first owner and does not pass on to the next owner.
The user has to care for the technical conditions of the wheels, for example, if necessary, centering in professional services and replacing worn-out hub bearings.
EVANLITE PROTECTOR free repair, as well as Crash Replacement repair, is intended to all components that, as a result of a defect, ceased to perform their function and are unable to work properly. Visual defects are not meet these criteria.
The Evanlite braking surface is designed to retain its properties go 60-100 thousand kilometres, depending on conditions in which wheels are being used).
Signs of abrasion on the braking surface are the result of using and cannot be replaced.
If the user decides to repair wheels in another service (e.g. replacement of spokes) it causes the termination of the participation in the EVANLITE PROTECTOR programme.
This rule does not apply to wheel centering, but we recommend to choose only professional services.
Shipping costs have to be covered by the user (it does not apply to warranty claims).
After the purchase, we send Evanlite wheels in a specially designed guard-box. Use it If you want to prepare them for dispatch.
We repair within 14 days. It may take longer If parts necessary for repair are unavailable in our or producer’s warehouse.
If wheels are meet the criteria of EVANLITE PROTECTOR free repair (it means that the damage concern defect of the component, not visual), there is no limit of use during 2 years of the participation in the program.
There is a similar rule in the case of the Crash Replacement programme – you can make use of cheaper repair without limits.
